What is SO different about this home?
On April 19, 2008, the day after Dad became an American citizen, we invited the Hassells, Bernatches, and the Vogels to dinner to send the Hassells away to Oklahoma. The Bernatches found out that we became Americans, a year or so ago for Mom and a day ago for Dad. They brought us a 2x4 feet flag. He couldn't wait for us to put it up ourselves and did it for us before dinner. What a "wicked good" guy.

Oh that is a good place for it. It's surely more unobtrusive that I was picturing it. So, I think it is a good placement for your new flag of citizenship.
